WinGS – Women in God’s Service
Meeting the 3rd Wednesday monthly including a meal. 5:30PM. Our meetings center on fellowship, food, and planning events to raise mission money.

Sat. 10/25 – Women’s retreat. Join us for a day of renewal as we explore “Triple H – Health, Harmony & Happiness”, exploring what the Bible says for women. Registration available by calling church office.

Bible Study
Tuesday Evening Bible Study starts at 7:00PM. We are currently studying the book of Job.
We take a deep-dive in a slow walk through individual books of the Bible. We invite all to join us regardless of your bible knowledge
Serving the Community
We serve our community in various ways throughout the year. The Men of the church are intentional on serving, cutting wood for a neighbor who uses wood as their heating source all winter long. Our men 40 to 89 years of age are ready to serve and meet the needs of our neighbors.
Come join us on Saturday July 12th from Noon – 3, bring a dish to share and we will Community Playground! Everyone Welcome!
SAVE THE DATE! Wed. 9/24 – 9 – 6 p.m. Lifeline Screening will be at HCC to help you be aware of your health. There is a fee, and pre-registration is required. Screens for aneurysms, carotoid artery problems and other issues related to circulation.

Children's Ministry
Children matter to us. We offer a unique blend of fun, learning about Jesus and friendship, all Bible-based! There is a weekly children’s chat, the children join us for Holy Communion the first Sunday of each month and the other Sunday’s they go with instructors who help them know the Bible through fun learning tools.
In our efforts to help children gain a deeper understanding of “church words” and why we do what we do, the children have been learning about becoming “acolytes”, or helpers/servers in the church and to the pastor. They are also learning the meaning of Holy Communion and baptism and several were baptized this summer! The top picture is our recent recognition of some of our newly added acolytes, ready and willing to serve God!
SAVE THE DATE! VBS is a 1-day, all day event on Saturday July 19th. 10-2 p.m. with lunch included, pre-registration for this VBS Arts Camp are available by calling the church office!
7/30 – 5:30 p.m. – BUS STOP! Partnering with Reason for Hope Ministries, we will have a picnic of hot dogs, chips, drinks as backpacks filled with supplies will be handed out for kids to get them ready for school! Everyone welcome!

7/12 – Noon-3 – Carry in picnic to celebrate our new Community Playground. Bring a dish to pass, meat provided off the grill!
7/16 – (Women in God’s Service) 5:30 p.m., meal provided. All women welcome
7/19 – 10-2 p.m. – VBS Arts Camp. All kids welcome! Lunch will be served. Partnering with Camp & Campus Ministries of Orland, we will be exploring God’s kingdom through hands-on projects and Bible lesson, music and laughter!
7/30 – 5:30 p.m. – Partnering with Reason for Hope Ministries, we will be serving a picnic meal of hot dogs, chips, etc. while filled backpacks with school supplies will be handed out to kids. Everyone welcome!
8/3 – Gospel Revival with Todd Herendeen & his FTD band. Come early for a friendship free-will meal and stay for a wonderful evening with the presence of the Holy Spirit!
